Unable to Publish

I have created a website on WYSIWYG Web Builder. I am unable to publish the page. I have signed up for your free web hosting services.

Can you please tell me what to fill in in the following fields that the "Publish" icon is requesting?

Description____________
URL__________________
Type (remote or local)_________________
Host____________ Port 21
Folder_______________________

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

That should be your FTP information. If you know it, then fill it in, otherwise, someone else might be able to walk you through it (I'm unfamiliar with WYSIWYG and FTP).
