Unable to remove User-Defined Mime Type: cPanel

All appears to go well, then when I go back to the Mime type editor - the Mime Type I tried to remove is still there?

While I don't know what a Mime Type is, I'll say that the reason being might be that it won't work without. So try to check everything else.

I just tried again, and was able to remove 1 of the Mime Types,
But I had defined two and one refuses to go away.

It is defined as:
Mime Type: application/xhtml+xml
Extension: html

Maybe that is the problem?
