Dear colleagues,
When I try to sign in in my control panel I can see a strange message on the section of:
"Details on your web hosting account "
It shows the button panel on the right with a label "ERROR" , instead of "OPEN CPANEL " so I am an unable to sign in the control panel.
Also, I try to connect with FTP protocol with the created account and it also gives an error , when I try to list the contents of the FTP, this error is (425 Could not open data connection to port 35968: connection refused) .
Three days ago it worked properly.
