Unable to sign up

Hi,

I'm trying to sign up for hosting, but can not sign up. Tried one GMail Email address and one Yahoo address, as well as both Chrome and Firefox, but keep getting this error message.

Unfortunately we're unable to accept your sign up at this time. The reason is included below.

Reason
We are not able to accept your sign up at this time.
Please try again at another time.

I'm in the USA. I can't find any topics about issues going on with signups right now... is this something that only I'm getting?

Same problem for me. My girlfriend wants to create a new account and receive same error message. We are from Spain.
(My account works well)
