Unable to SSH Connect to VPS-Password Fails

I can't get root access to my VPS. I changed my ssh client to Putty so I could disable the gssapi but now the server keeps denying my password (yes, I am using the correct password). Any suggestions would be helpful as I'm pretty frustrated right now.

Use the console in the VPS Control Panel (https://control.x10vps.com -- login credentials should have been sent via email or available in your client area). There you can reset your password, and add a public key to your authorized_keys files so you don't have to worry about forgetting/mistyping the password again.
