Unable to Sync my CPanel UserName to Forum

Hi

Today when i logged on to my CPanel, It asked me to type in my CPanel UserName to sync with the forum but it was not able to identify my username which is deadrose.

Any Idea why? My site is no longer active

When is the last time you logged into your account? What is your subdomain?

The last time I logged in would have been 2 -3 weeks as I was away on a vacation.

When I tried my subdomain yesterday it does not exist.

my subdomain is: deadrose01.x10hosting.com

The account was suspended Oct 31st and then terminated on Nov 10th for failure to reply to the suspension. You are welcome to create a new account but that one is gone.
