Unable to unsuspend account + is it possible to get a backup from the old server?

Here is the 1st problem, whenever I try to unsuspend, I get this error:

A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 5227DEDB

My 2nd problem is that, when there was that fiasco of all accounts being moved to new servers... mine was wiped, and I never had a backup on my PC, so all i see is cgi-bin when I go to the website. Is it possible to restore to a time before the backup? I assumed x10hosting just deleted my account and left it, but I'd like this confirmed now if this did happen

I don't see a thread by you asking for an account restore from that time. I'm sorry, but after the cut off date for restores, all of the backups from that move were deleted to make room for new backups.
