unable to unsuspend my account myself!

Hello, tried to follow directions to unsuspend my account but it will not let me. Please unsuspend my account

This is the following error i get when i try to log in -

Hi Ryan,

You are not suspended; you have been terminated for inactivity, as you have been inactive for nine months. You already posted a different ticket about this here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/108154-old-sub-domain.html. Please refer to your other ticket for further details. I am now going to close this duplicate ticket.
