Unable to unsuspend my free account

Please kindly review my account and assist me to unsuspend the same. When I try to unsuspend it it says unable to unsuspend account and retry be reloading the page. Tied a few times and in a different occasions but no luck.

You should see this active. The account has been unsuspended but our dashboard was having issues syncing
