Unable to upgrade from free hosting -- help!!

I've had free hosting for about 4 months, and every time I try to upgrade to the first level of paid hosting (Prime) I just end up at a completely blank screen: https://x10hosting.com/sso/upgrade
I've tried every option I can think of, and I still always end up, dead ended, at that URL. So I can't upgrade!!! Please help.

So I can't upgrade

x10hosting is currently changing - updating for a while now - their program (plans and software) to upgrade free-hosting accounts
you can NOT pay to upgrade your free-hosting account to [ Prime ] or [ Illuminated ] - or pay to renew your current upgrade until x10hosting sets the 'new' software
which may not include the current [ Prime ] or [ Illuminated ] upgrades - there is currently no information about when or if they will be available and what they may look like when they are available.

bdistler -- Thank you. I saw a similar reply to a 2015 (!!!) query. So this situation has been going on for some time. It would help if they would just post something on their blank upgrade page, to let us know. Anyway thanks, and I'll sit tight. Richard
