I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress website where images cannot be uploaded to the wp-content/uploads directory. When trying to list a product via CJ Dropshipping, I receive the following error:
“Invalid Image: The upload file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads.”
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:
• Checked and updated folder permissions (wp-content/uploads set to 755 and files to 644).
• Verified disk space availability.
• Manually created the uploads folder and ensured it exists in the correct directory.
• Defined the correct upload path in wp-config.php.
• Disabled all plugins to rule out conflicts.
• Increased PHP upload limits via cPanel.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Could you please check if there are any server restrictions, permission errors, or ownership issues preventing file uploads? If any settings need adjustment on your end, I would appreciate your assistance.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Megan
