Unable to Upload

Since the new CPanel theme has been in use I#ve been unable to upload using the CSV with Upload Data option in PHPMyAdmin as normal and just get a

1045 - Access denied for user 'assorte2'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

error. Is this a full databse or is there some other option I need to enable now.
