Unable to use password

An error occurred while processing your hosting account request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically. The error details provided are the following: The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length. Because of this error, you must sign up for an account again. If you've received this message more than once, please create a support ticket and you will be assisted.

This is with a 16 character password. Any advice? Do I have to kick it down to 15? Is it not allowed to use certain characters? It might have also been nice to have known about this as I was signing up, so I could give a better password at 15 or so characters.

It sounds like there could be another issue, I'll have to request a staff member to help you. The only reason I could see this happening is if you used a special (non latin) character in your password.
