Unable to visit site domain or connect to FTP

I am unable to connect to the web address or through FTP account to upload the website.


My domain was changed to x10.mx


Can it be fixed?

What is the error you receive when trying to use FTP ?

What program - cPanel or client - are you trying to use FTP with ?

Which FTP account - main or added - are you trying to use ?

Can you log in to your Account Portal (AP) AND cPanel ?
