Unable to visit the control panel

I have not been able to log into the control panel as I keep getting the following error in my browser

This site can’t provide a secure connection​

x13.x10hosting.com sent an invalid response.

• Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Control panel login URL: https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

Is my account blacklisted?

Hi I'm having the exact same issue atm, I can see on my dashboard services after i login that my status is still active but I am unable to access my Hosting Control Panel

Yes. I am still unable to access the control panel. I tried removing the s from https but it automatically redirect to the https version...

That is generally a client side issue.

It does look like Chrome is the issue here... Changed to Firefox and I can log in without issues...
