My account was suspended a while back, I WAS a preminum member of X10hosting until it was suspended. You took ANOTHER payment for Premium services that are NOT being used and is NOT wanted cause the account SHOULD be suspended. I never gave permissions for you to take another payment out on my account. My account was suspended and all services was suppose to be closed besides forums. You took out another $4.95 out of my account on this SUSPENDED account. I want my money returned to my account on paypal, ALL $4.95 of it. I never authorized this.

here is the transaction ID: Transaction ID # 89027461SC248235D

Email: xxskylarxx@live.com

I want my cash refunded to me because my services were suppose to be/and is terminated due to a suspension of copyright issues.

I would of never allowed you to charge me on a suspended account.

Please return my cash and close out all recurring payments.

If I'm not refunded, I will take this to further legal actions in a court of law if I must. I will also be contacting paypal letting them know you billed me for a suspended account which I never authorized.

This should be handled through: http://x10premium.com/support.php as this is the free hosting support section; most of us in this area do not actually have access to the paid part of the system.

Edit: I may also be mistaken but I was under the impression that with Paypal, we cannot automatically remove the money from your account unless you set up an automatically recurring payment through Paypal, which we wouldn't be able to control anyways. This might not be right though, I just know at my other job that part of the drawbacks to Paypal is we can't go back for any funds (commonly a problem if someone tries to exchange an item for something more expensive).

There's an email address on that support page that doesn't require a login, you'd want to email there.
