My name is Timothy Burns, and you have illegally charged me 4.95 on Nov. 28th of 2011 for the account kingsofe.
the account kingsofe was suppose to have been removed months ago, why it is suddenly being upgraded to a premium account is beyond me. I have not had any access to this account until today December 3, 2011 to figure out why I'm being charged
The last time I accessed this account was on February 28th, 2011
