You can use any recovery program, one that I know of is by Tuneup utilities, but for the file to be recovered it depends because sometimes the quality of the file is reduced i.e you may get an error with the file. And after you have deleted the file and want to recover it, it is best when you recover it before the system has been restarted.....But try out some utilities.

You usually have to pay for most recovery programs. Try searching in google, you will get loads of results. You could try System Restore - it should be in the Control Panel. It lets you restore your system to a few days ago so the virus that you downloaded some how wouldn't even exist on your system. Hope this helps.
