I logged in this morning on the x10hosting.com homepage, only to find this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I was shocked. Is there any further news on this error, has anyone seen this error before and what exactly does it mean? (I cannot make heads or tails of it) Also, I haven't seen any topic on this forum concerning this error.

A little reassurance would be nice.

I think it's because you have an account with the username 'www' linked. So it is trying to find that username instead of your real one.

I have no such account. I do admit that I am not the only person who uses this computer, but huh? I'll ask around. It may be my brother...

Thank you. Oh and it was my brother. He ended up using my hotmail address also (because I don't clear my cookies and history too often). Apparently, he was trying to be smart...
