Ok I got a uni.cc domain and i want to make so:

instead of: mysite.x10hosting.com/page/test.html

to: mysite.uni.cc/page/test.html

Ive directed my uni.cc domain to

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

now what

Login to the account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/account and change your domain to your uni.cc domain.

In addition to what chougard said...

Once you have changed the proper name servers and such, you may have to wait a minimum of approximately 24 Hours for your domain to propagate. In other words, all the computers/servers in the world must tell each other that your domain exists.
