I'm not very sure how to configure my uni.cc domain on the cpanel :S

Can you provide me some help with the configuration?

Do you want to add it as a parked domain or an add-on?

A parked domain just mirrors your current site. An add-on domain gets it's own folder and is treated like a separate site.
