Unknown host; can't access site

I've been trying to access my site since yesterday but I can't. I am receiving email notices from a server monitoring website that my site is down every hour due to an error:

Error: unknown host www.mariahcareyph.com

Can anyone help? I need to get the site back asap... Thanks much!! :wtcslap:

this is wierd, because the same thing happened to me... um, did you have that domain parked on another site with a subdomain or something, here at x10?

No, I'm using the domain since I got here at x10. I am afraid my account will be unsuspended for inactivity since I can't login onto cpanel.

So, can anyone of you guys change my domain/subdomain thing to mariahcareyph.x10hosting.com so I can at least login to cpanel/ftp, backup my files and have my visitor an access to my site while I wait for my domain registrar for support. Please! Thanks much!
