unknown suspension

i have had my account unknowingly suspended, even though i have met the forum requirements, and posted within the last 20 days, and have frequented the chat room in order to keep my account active. here is my suspension ticket, and the reason is just unknown. my website has been down for 4 or 5 days now, i am unsure of how long i noticed it thursday when a customer told me. can i please have this fixed?
