Unlocking Multiple Accounts

I'm a student from a college in the US and I didn't realize that signing up for multiple accounts would get me banned. I am helping my classmates to register accounts for online learning related services. So far I have gotten my classmates to register themselves, but my account is still blocked. I hope the officials can help me to unblock my account. Error code: E31AE4264B428D513
