and i want to tell you about one Unprofessional service !!!

yea there are 4 reasons but
all those reasons resolved agreement for accept my page
nothing illegal on page
in agreement nothing that prohibits link building

Oh, they are a-holes, all right. So, there must be a lot of hidden stuff when they mention "In Brief,..." *thumbs down*

And based on what they write on email, I'm thinking maybe they're scared of a little Russian throughout the page. "It contains non English words" can also mean, if your site is not completely in English, you're out of luck.

Look for another link exchange service.

They gave you a reason why your pages are not listed with them. "Adult" and "Immoral" could easily mean porn or casino's ( as some people find offense with casino's and gambling in general )

From just eyeballing your site, it could be deemed by the human that probably viewed your site that your site is borderline of the 10% in a foreign language.

And, to be honest, the operators of the site has every reason to reject a site. If you don't like it, ( like it was stated ) you can move on to someone else.

its traffic exchange service - its not advertiser(promoter) service
mostly people dont see what about site or pages becase
These service for encrease ranks like alexa wich based on traffic
for example i can create page with one word "Hello", after acceptipting i ll replace this page with my links page - and nobody report because nothing illegal (such adult)
and on header hitgusher.com you found - "THE PROFESSIONAL TRAFFIC EXCHANGE!"

i i have accounts on many such sites and they all accept my page
and one trully sads that not support .ru TLD -and i respect this site for truthful answer

Well why don't you just go to their site and complain about it there? There's no sense in complaining about it here, cuz your voice will not be heard by them. They need to hear you out, not x10Hosting.
