unstable/slow viewing

Alright everytime i try to view a page on my site it is very slow. Also i crashes a LOT. and then i have to wait. Is this temporary or it being worked on or whats happening?

We are currently in the process of removing inactive accounts from Stoli. This has been making things run slow.
