Normally you can do that via the account panel; I'm working on unsuspending it here.

Just remember to either log into the forums at least once a month, or pickup the Prime Membership which removes the inactivity timer for you as well.

Scratch my last post, you've got a full version Android paid app in the a subfolder that you can't have in there as it's currently being redistributed illegally. You got yourself a permanent suspension for it. Have a happy holiday!

you can check the log, these file never distribute to anyone, i just test from my device

It's not supposed to be on the account to begin with. It can't be unsuspended; I doublechecked with a higher up on IRC before suspending it cause I didn't recognize the filename.
