Unsuspend but still suspended?

Hi,

I have 2 questions.

1) I've been automatically banned due to high resource usage. However, the only thing I use this webspace for is a (very) small forum (SMF) + portal (SimplePortal). How could either of those result in high resource usage? (Resource usage as in CPU/RAM, not upload/download.)

2) In my account control panel I noticed the suspension status, and tried to unsuspend immediately. Now the control panel reports that my account is again active and running, but my site keeps telling me it's suspended. My cPanel login fails as well. How do I fix this?
