Unsuspend hosting account

Due to inactivity my hosting account has been suspended. Now, am trying to unsuspend the same. But, the request is always failing. Kindly unsuspend my hosting account.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
