Please tell me what i am doing wrong! I'm using magento ecommerce. Ever-time i work on my website this happens. Please help

Whatever it's doing when you work on it, it's using more RAM/CPU than it's allowed to and it's doing that for long enough to trip the high resource usage scripts.

You could either find what's causing it and make it not be as bad, or if you need the increased limits, check into the Prime Membership plan which raises the limits on CPU/Ram usage.
