I just re-reviewed it and found the Orkut spamming tool MakeFake located on your account.
That's zero tolerance as per the AUP and TOS of x10hosting and the account will remain suspended. It's pretty obvious it's an Orkut tool so how you're claiming your account doesn't contain any Orkut stuff, I dunno.
I'm not sure who tagged it as Orkut Junk though; personally Orkut Spamming Tools covers it much more accurately. It's still zero tolerance in both cases though.
