Unsuspend not working

I can't unsuspend. I have logged into the forum but it doesn't help.

The problem has been some weeks now.​

Click the button for checking suspension reason > put in your cpanel username and unsuspend youself. From looking at your post I presume you haven't done this. Remember you need to ONLY login to the forums ONCE every two weeks!

I have done it before. I get the message "Your account has been unsuspended, thank you for using x10Hosting."

But my homepage still not working.​

It's still not working. I have visited the forum and pressed "Unsuspend Now".

I forgot to make backup of my database. So if there is any possibility to get it, I am very grateful. Thank you!
