unsuspended my account

please my account was suspended bcos i "Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: phproxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting servers. ". the truth is i never read the terms and condition. i am ready to go to the control panel and remove it pls.

I am sure you may have read it since when you signup it is shown to you..

If your Account is suspended for a reason that is listed in zero-tolerance policy then your account will not be unsuspended. It will be terminated after 14 days and you will not get your data back.

◦ Copyright Infringement
◦ Phishing sites
◦ Severe misuse of server resources (Proxies, Rapidleech, TorrentFlux, etc.)

◦ Unsupported language (any language except English, Spanish, & French without a translation)
