Unsuspending account: error

Been trying to get my website/account unsuspended but I keep on getting this error, even after resubmitting the request:

A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 22B3E86F

Any ideas what's going on?

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
