Unsuspension Appeal Pending

I got my account suspended accidently bcoz of uploading prohibitted WAP Script (which I was unware of).Then I submitted an Unsuspension Appeal.
After submitting the appeal it read,
"A response to your appeal has been sent via Email..."
But I DIDN'T GET THE EMAIL RESPONSE...
I am still waiting for it...

The appeal had been denied; this software has been used with a 100% rate of copyright infringement hosted from within it, along with some elements of the software itself breaking external site EULA's by scraping content. Unfortunately we weren't able to lift the suspension due to this.
