unsuspension help

my acct is suspended...usually it says cuz i didnt log in or something...i've linked my forum and hosting accts...but am still unable to request unsuspension....what do i do to get my acct back?

Click the 'Unsuspension Request' link in the menu on the left, and fill in the form.
