Unsuspension is Not Applicable?

Last Night i received an email that my account is suspended due to not visiting the control panel for long time. But i visited the control panel immediately and gave a unsuspension request too. but it says that unsuspension was not applicable. i was much worried on this. Please help me asap.

Empty your browser's cache and flush your DNS. When I visit your site, I see a coming soon page.
