Unsuspension Request Error

Hello

I have tried on a few occasions to unsuspend my account. I am getting the following error,

information Unsuspension of your hosting account.
result A system error occurred while processing this action.

Can you assist me in getting my account unsuspended?
I would be helpfuil if you could advise if I am not following the correct procedure.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
