My account was suspended with the reason that I have "No workinn [sic] website". How is "working website" defined? I signed up here because I wanted some webspace to practice and learn html, css and php and I work on my website ever week. I have several html, php and css documents on the server that I update weekly and I created a database to practice and learn database interaction too. Does the process of learning and setting up a website not constitute a "working website" at x10? I would like my website unsuspended.

Did you have an under contruction page in place? This is a 4 day suspension, you will need to post back on the 3rd for it to be removed. If you wish to dispute it, provide information that there was infact a fully working site.

I was building a blog on my main domain http://hawkandbear.x10hosting.com and several other things on subdomains. The blog was "fully working" in the sense that it was viewable by the public. It was not finished since I was still working on the php/mysql backend. When I signed up here I chose the ad-free service.

On my account panel it says that my website was unsuspended but when I go to my url http://hawkandbear.x10hosting.com it still says that the account is suspended. When I enter my username to check the suspension reason I get the message "Error: This account is not suspended." How can this be fixed?
