the suspension tells me that i must login to the forums at least once a month. i also have tried unsuspending it and the page tells me that the site is not suspended but i keep on getting the suspended page.

I highly doubt it said to login once a month. It probably was closer to once every two weeks. ( 14 days )
If you were to only log in once a month, your account would have been terminated.

i really can't remember what it said yesterday.

if i check my suspension reason now, it says:
