My account status appears to be unsuspended, however, if I try to access my website, I get redirected to a page that says I'm suspended. I'm confused :S

Two account managers have tried to fix this problem so far and I'm afraid there's nothing we can do at the moment. Your server has been going through heavy maintenance lately, so I believe that this must be the reason. Please check the news on "Cossacks" and when the server is completely finished, I'm sure that your account will be unsuspended. I think, there is some problem with the DNS entry for your domain. Its getting re-directed to x10cossac.x10hosting.com and going to Account Suspended page. I'm moving this to Level Two Support.
