i cant access any of the services and when i log in i get the box asking for username, i fill in the correct username but it says there is no account with that name

I will look but will need your cpanel username and if you were on ad free or ad enhanced.

EDIT: i log in to the forums almost every week to check the updates etc. so its little chanse that the reason is inactivity

im just bumping this a bit.

Im also informing you that im pulling the DNS control back for the time beeing until this resolves, the reason is not to be rude or anything but i need my mail in the meantime.
