This probably isn't the right section but i cant find the help section anywhere.

I cant login to my cpanel it is asking for the username so i can use the new linking thing but all the usernames i would normally use arent working even though i know one of them is deffinately the right one unless you guys changed it, im assuming that this is the reason that my site is offline!
