Unsuspension request taking longer than normal?

I was suspended for inactivity, and the last time it happened, the request processed immediately and I was unsuspended. However, it has been 24 hours this time, and it is still in "Process Wait." If you could unsuspend the account (kmmt) or let me know what to do, that would be great. Thanks.
