As per the notice in the Overall Update thread that says that
So, here I am. I have already submitted a support ticket on the 19th but I don't think it could hurt to ask for help here too. If there's anything I can do to expedite the process, please let me know. Thank you!
If your account states it is suspended in the account panel you will need to open a support thread to have it restored, we did not restore any accounts that were suspended automatically. Depending where we have to get the restore from it may take a while to get to, please be patient.
