Hi I have had my IP Address blacklisted after attempting to log in. Hosting control panel user is jgwtddgw @ x12, I have no idea how to change that. Please can I request to be un-blacklisted

im not seeing any blocks or suspensions,
does not mean there isnt any, just means i dont see them.
maybe staff can review this and check that for you.

it could take a few days before a staff member replies plus its the holidays to.
so could take a while the free support is forum or discord based
and it relies on other users helping users out where possible.
staff only reviews posts periodically and are not always available to comment..
i will send a request if they dont reply after a couple days.

Okay thank you. If there is any other information I could provide that would please let me know. Note the user for it is different than the one I have here as I didn't know how to change it
