I uploaded shell scripts, unaware they were prohibited. All the files have now been deleted, so can I have my account unsuspended?

I updated the suspension reason after investigating the account; I was unable to locate any shell scripts, but our TOS quite clearly disallows Game file hosting, and all we've got there is a few mirrors for counterstrike files, so you're -still- not getting the account back.
