Unsuspention Process wait - time

Just wanted to ask how long does an unsuspension for high system resource usage takes.
I've requested the unsuspension.
Another thing, is there a way to automatically backup all the site? Because the suspension was caused by a script of my c.m.s. Or the only way to do this is to zip all the files and export the db with phpmyadmin?

Haven't tried to automate it, but the software it mentions PhpMyBackupPro works.

Other than that, the two manual methods you mention are the standard right now.
