So please help me to unsuspend my free hosting account, it was suspended becose I used meny server resosrses so I wana place your banner on my web page and if it is possible I want turn php safe mode (I mean open_basesdir) off

Your account has been suspended for nulled scripts - nothing to do with high resource usage.
And nulled scripts are a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account is permanently suspended.
