unusual problem switching from subdomain to my own domain

hello

i have changed the correct nameservers ns1.x...., ... few days ago.

then i watched into the accountpanel and also the control panel where to do other changes.

i found out that i just have to change into accountpanel the domain information www.mydomain.com
and it should work. (the controll panel is just responsible for parked and addon domains or subdomains.)

But everytime i try to change my subdomain to a domainname it comes this fu...ing error message:

Whm error: account package id no longer exists in the panel. (code modifydomain_1)
What am i supposed to do?
